Isha Foundation is organizing a course for developing mind and body through “Inner Engineering”.
Inner Engineering – technologies for well being is a subtle, yet powerful science which applies the principle that the body is the abode of the spirit and that good health is fundamental to inner development.
The Inner Engineering program is available in different formats:
- Over seven days for 3 hours each day.
- A four-day program
- A series of seven online classes (Inner Engineering Online) followed by the Shambhavi Mahamudra Program, a one- or two-day class to learn the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya
- A four-day residential retreat at the Isha Yoga Center, India
